We take pride in our experienced professional coaching staff, sourced from top Competitive/Club, NCAA and High school coaches. Our coaches undergo intensive training and assessment to ensure they deliver the highest standard of coaching. The camp maintains a low coach-to-player ratio, allowing for personalized attention and effective skill development.

Niall brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for soccer to his role as Director at The Colorado Soccer School. With a commitment to fostering both skill development and a love for the game, Niall leads our team with enthusiasm and dedication. His vision extends beyond the field, aiming to create an inclusive and vibrant soccer community. 

Nicole, the driving force behind the coaching excellence at The Colorado Soccer School. With a dynamic coaching philosophy and a commitment to player development, Nicole brings a vibrant energy, organization and passion to the field. As our Director of Coaching, she spearheads a team dedicated to nurturing talent, fostering teamwork, and instilling a lifelong love for soccer. 

Emily Sullivan

Hailing from Denver, Coach Emily brings tonnes of experience as a former collegiate soccer player. Her passion for the game shines through in her coaching, helping young players develop both their character both on and off the field.

Javier Garcia

Originally from Colorado Springs, Coach Javier is a seasoned coach with an extensive background in youth soccer development. He focuses on fostering a positive and inclusive environment, where players can thrive and reach their full potential.

Sarah Thompson

Coach Sarah, born and raised in Boulder, has a deep understanding of the game. With her patient and supportive approach, she guides players in building fundamental skills and tactical awareness to excel in any position.
